Jummah Khutbah

The Friday khutbah, which is given prior to the Jumu'ah prayer, is referred to by the Arabic term khutbah, which also means sermon (Friday noon prayer). It is an important part of Jumu'ah 

Our mosque hosts Khutbahs in both English and Kurdish.

• Kurdish Khutbah starts at 12:00 pm and Iqama is at 12:30 pm.
• English Khutbah starts at 1:00 pm and Iqama is at 1:35 pm.

Children Islamic Classes

Children attend classes to increase their awareness of Islam and to help them see the world from an Islamic perspective.

Our mosque provides Islamic lessons in both English and Kurdish.

• English children classes start at 11:45 am till Zuhar prayer.
• Kurdish children classes start at 10:00am till

Quran Understanding Circle

For pre-teens through adults, Quran understanding classes are offered to demonstrate how the Quran's message connects to the issues facing today's modern society.

Our mosque provides understanding lessons in both English and Urdu.

• Urdu circle are on Wednesdays at 4:00pm.
• English circle are on Saturdays after Magrib prayer.

Quran Recitation Circle

We host an interactive Quran recitation circle that anybody is welcome to attend. 

This circle is but a tajweed lesson; instead, it is an opportunity to improve our Quran reading and reciting skills.

• Every Saturday after Fajr prayer.
• Every Sunday after Isha prayer.
